Nantou Hanbi Trail,Pier under the morning light.
The Sun Moon Lake Hanbi Trail starts from Meihuo Park and passes by Chiang Kung Pier, Yule Pavilion, and Apricot Tan along the way. Almost the entire section is a beautiful lakeside forest trail with lakeside views and green trees along the way, and there are several pavilions and observation decks where you can take a rest, making it a gentle trail suitable for strolling at any time of the day or night.
Table of Contents
Shuishe Pier(水社碼頭)
Shuishe Pier is located near the Hanbi Trail, where you can take a boat tour of the lake, there will be a lot of stores in the pull people on the boat, the day I wanted to walk to enjoy the lake view, did not take, on the one hand, also do not like people crowded people to ~ ~
Mei Ho Yuen (梅荷園)
Meiho Garden is next to the Shuishe Pier, where you can see the tourists going to the pier to take the boat from a high place, and the temperature is just right on a spring morning in Sun Moon Lake.
You can also see the famous Hanbi Building here, and the entrance and exit of the Hanbi Trail is also here, parking is not very convenient, I parked in front of the nearby residents, of course, there is a charge, parking once a hundred dollars ~ basically the private parking lot in the scenic area is probably this price, I think it is very straight to spend some money to spend a leisurely morning here!
Hanbi Trail(涵碧步道)
The Hanbi Trail surrounds the Sun Moon Lake, and most of the trail has a beautiful view of the lake, while the trail itself passes through the trees, so it’s basically a zero-climbing experience, making it a great place to take a walk for those who have just gotten out of bed without the burden of sunbathing.
There is a small pavilion not far from the intersection, under which you can see the lake as far as possible.
Chiang Kung Pier(蔣公碼頭)
I came here to take photos of Chiang Kung Pier, and since there were many photos of the Milky Way and sunrise on the internet, I planned to come here to take photos of the starry sky and sunrise.
I woke up a little bit late, and the sun had already risen to the mid-air when I arrived, and the time for taking pictures was getting longer and longer, so I didn’t necessarily force myself to take any big pictures, because my luck has been very bad… I just took pictures wherever I went, and clicked the shutter when there was a nice view. I just take pictures wherever I go, and press the shutter when there is a nice view, so that I won’t be too worried about the gain or loss!
In the morning, with the mist and the morning light, I think it is no worse than the sunrise and the Milky Way. There are really many people taking photos here, and the wooden pier with the red lanterns is really classic, and I feel it is a scene you would see in a costume drama.
A four-handed net on the lake is also a feature.
Yule Pavilion(育樂亭)
Yule Pavilion is a grassy area next to the trail, and it is a great pleasure to sit on the stone steps and enjoy the Sun Moon Lake on a cool morning – the view is very wide!
You can also see Chiang Kung Pier in the distance.
Almond Forum(杏壇)
Yule Pavilion to the Apricot Tan between most of the forest trails, to come before checking the google map, I want to say that the trails are around the Sun Moon Lake lake, there should not be trees to the right, but it is not the case ~ this section of the road, although more shelter, but the vision of the lake view will have to look for the observation deck to see.
The apricot altar was built at the beginning of the establishment of the Sun Moon Lake Teachers’ Association as a place for lectures or music performances, from the forest trail out, see a large stone staircase to the end of the trail is not far from here, and I took a break here to enjoy the last morning light of the day, a short trail can be completed in an hour, so there is really no need to rush, the tempo slows down to savor the beauty of the scenery ~!
