Chiayi Xidiliao
The wind-tree path on the embankment of Niu Chou Creek in Xidiliao is not too long, about 200~300 hundred meters, and it is located in the suburban area, where the crowds are relatively less crowded during the flower season. The yellow-flowered wind-tree(Handroanthus chrysotrichus) blossoms in Chiayi fall around the beginning of March, and the golden yellow color of the whole wood is very appealing before the green leaves grow out!
The windbells here are small and easy to reach (I don’t have the habit of picking flowers), so people and flowers can easily enter the picture, and there are not too many people, so it’s a good photo spot for netizens to take pictures~!
You can also walk up the embankment to see the sea of yellow flowers from a different perspective.
The ground on the embankment is covered with fallen leaves and dead branches in four distinct colors: yellow, green, blue, and brown, and the crisp sound of stepping on the fallen leaves is a little bit healing ^^.
Walking up the embankment brings you closer to the yellow flowers, so even if you don’t know how to take a picture, you can take a picture of all the yellow flowers!
It rained heavily before I came here, and the ground was yellowed. The flowering period is about ten days, so if you want to go to see it, you can check the internet to see if it is in bloom, after all, the condition of the flowers is not necessarily the same every year.

Chiayi Neem Green Tunnel
The yellow flowers in Chiayi are in bloom at the same time as the neem season. In the photo below, you can only see a little bit of neem flowers, I don’t know if they are just about to bloom or almost over, but the green tunnel made by the bright green leaves of the neem tree is very beautiful.
The light and shadows created by the sunlight hitting the tunnel is also one of the reasons why this place is so beautiful. If you come here at sunrise or sunset, the light will be even more attractive.
Neem flowers are small purple and white flowers, not very conspicuous, in full bloom will see a pile of small purple and white flowers and green leaves intertwined, the brown ball is his fruit, I heard that only in winter will bear fruit, the spring should be slowly fall off.
Chiayi Park Creek has a long path of yellow-flowered bellflowers and a tunnel of neem trees, so you can take a longer time to enjoy them all at once. When you go there, you can focus on the yellow-flowered flowers, and even if the neem flowers don’t blossom well, the tunnel of emerald-green leaves of the neem trees will still be very attractive.

黃花風鈴木朴子溪畔
Chiayi黃花風鈴木朴子溪畔,The Park River embankment under the High Speed Rail, and the wind-bellied wood road over a kilometer to the east is a popular tourist attraction in Chiayi, where yellow flowers are planted on both sides, and compared to other places, the yellow flowers here are generally very tall, and when in full bloom, it’s a big tunnel of gold.
Even though the flower season is almost over, the holiday crowds are horrifying… I think it can be compared to the temple during the New Year holidays, and the stalls are full to the end, so I am not afraid of not having anything to eat.
You can accidentally take a picture of a flag with a large intestine and a chicken cake, so next time you want to take a picture of a pure landscape, you’ll have to pick a normal day to come here!
I had to shoot upwards to avoid the crowds and stalls.
At the end of the tunnel, there is only one side of the wind-bellows left, and the crowds of vendors continue to grow. You can look at the rows of yellow flowers on the nearby footbridge, which is a different viewing angle from the tunnel ~ I prefer this angle on holidays, so that I can avoid the crowds.
Next to the tunnel are mostly farmland, including vegetable fields, corn fields, and pepper fields. I really like this kind of rural scenery, and it doesn’t clash with the yellow flowers in front of me!
